Location: Bendigo District RSL Sub-Branch and Bendigo Military Museum

The Bendigo District RSL Sub-Branch Inc. is one of Victoria’s leading RSLs, proudly supporting ex-service personnel and their families. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Officer / Receptionist.

This is a front-facing role based across two iconic locations: our Havilah Road Sub-Branch and the Bendigo Military Museum in Pall Mall. If you’re a people person with a passion for service and community, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming and assisting members, visitors, and stakeholders
• Handling membership enquiries and general administration
• Supporting day-to-day operations of the Sub-Branch and Museum
• Liaising with volunteers and ex-service organisations
• Maintaining accurate records and using in-house systems

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years’ experience in reception or administration
• A warm, approachable, and professional manner
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine desire to help others

Additional Information

We are looking for a team member who is available to work nights and weekends. Experience in hospitality or a similar customer service role will be highly regarded.
