The Bendigo District RSL Sub-Branch Inc. is one of Victoria’s leading RSL’s and prides itself on our commitment to supporting ex-service personnel and their families. Working between the Havilah Road Sub-Branch and the Museum, the casual role will act as a customer facing receptionist with duties involving membership and administration. This role will ideally suit an experienced, friendly and enthusiastic person, with great interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to work, days, evenings, weekends & public holidays.

Working in a busy team environment, your duties will include:

• A down to earth & approachable professional with a positive and customer focused attitude.
• 2-3 years’ experience in Reception/Administration.
• The ability to work and interact with staff, volunteers and customers whilst displaying a high level of customer service
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality of work.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• A self -starter, with a strong drive to provide great customer service.
• Competent skills in Microsoft Office including proven experience using MS excel and word
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work with minimum supervision
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• General Administration tasks & volunteer rostering
• Liaising with stakeholders and other Ex-Service Organisations

Critical to the role is your ability to hit the ground running together with the ability to learn in-house systems quickly! If you possess previous reception & membership experience, possess the above skills and wish to be part of a well-regarded organisation.
